Margie Gardner
Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Margie most recently served as Senior Vice President, King Pharmaceuticals
where she was responsible for significant growth in profits and advancing
the portfolio pipeline. She has over twenty-five years US and international
pharmaceutical experience. Previously, Margie was Worldwide Executive Director
for Merck. Before joining Merck, she was Executive Director for GlaxoSmithKline.
She began her career at SmithKline and held various global and US Leadership
positions in Sales, Marketing, Strategy Development, General Administration
and Finance. Margie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration
from Drexel University.
Given her portfolio and P\&L responsibilities, she also oversaw the rationalization of drug suppliers across regions, balancing cost efficiency with GMP quality and regulatory compliance. Her teams implemented supplier risk scoring, audit programs, and dual-sourcing strategies to reduce shortages and de-risk launches. This hands-on experience with strategic procurement and external manufacturing networks complemented her commercial leadership, enabling faster scale-up and more resilient supply chains.
